Adriatic Estate Ltd. is a real estate agency founded in 2003.

Although we are an enterprise with main activities in Croatia, our focus is to satisfy the Norwegian and (West European) market for property acquisition in Croatia. Therefore our company has offices both in Croatia and in Norway.

Our staff in Croatia and Norway, more specifically in Oslo, provides efficient and professional advice in several languages:  Norwegian, English, Croatian and Italian.

Our main office in Croatia is based in Zagreb, with a branch in Trogir, on the Dalmatian coast close to the international airport Split.

Our office in Trogir takes care of the complete need of our clients’ interests in the locations of the Dalmatian cost in the south of Croatia. The international airport of Split, is only 1 km away from our branch in Trogir.

For clients interested in the Northern area of the Croatian coast we have a strong and reliable partnership with the IMG Ltd. company, which is based in Porec (Istria), close to the international airport of Pula.

Our team in Croatia consists of professional attorneys who deal with the complete legal part of the property acquisition in Croatia.
